Free Exercise Classes!  PaB Community Centre
October 17 – 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
October 23 – 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
October 25 – 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Low impact and chair aerobics, strength, balance, and stretching.  Wear comfortable clothing.
