Exercise Classes


Low impact, strength building exercise classes for older adults
Pointe au Baril Community Centre
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

These classes are instructor lead and allow you to work at your own level.  All exercises can be done from a sitting or standing position.

Everyone is welcome!

    1. Hi Melissa. Yes, the exercise classes are open to everyone. I’m doing a little survey to check out interest in yoga classes and strength/weight training classes. Would you be interested?


      1. Yes I would for sure be interested in strength training and yoga .

        A couple other ladies on Northshore would be as well
