Low impact, strength building exercise classes for older adults
Pointe au Baril Community Centre
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
These classes are instructor lead and allow you to work at your own level. All exercises can be done from a sitting or standing position.

Can anyone any age come ? Under but close to 50 ?
Hi Melissa. Yes, the exercise classes are open to everyone. I’m doing a little survey to check out interest in yoga classes and strength/weight training classes. Would you be interested?

Are the exercise classes going during the summer?
The exercise classes run only during early spring, fall and winter.
