Exercise Classes

  Low impact, strength building exercise classes for older adults Pointe au Baril Community Centre Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. These classes are instructor lead and allow you to work at your own level.  All exercises can be done from a sitting or standing position.   The community Centre Library is open for business on Mondays from 9:30 to 11:00 am.  Masks are required in the Community Centre.
